Pol spearheads Social Responsibility for the APAC region at Amadeus, the world’s largest Travel IT provider. He is passionate about making this world a better place and believes travel can be a powerful force for good, bringing wealth and exchanging cultural values, if managed properly. The belief that technology can bring what is necessary to leverage industry for good through sustainable partnerships stems from Pol’s previous professional experiences. Pol previously worked at Amadeus in a Corporate Strategy role investigating upcoming travel trends. Technologies like Blockchain and Big Data were part of this investigation as these are revolutionizing how the world thinks about Social Impact. Previous to his work at Amadeus, Pol was a consultant with the Spanish Trade Commission and assisted in building a strategic vision.
