Sandy Walsh


Sandy Walsh is an experienced general manager and CSR practitioner with 30 years’ private sector experience, including more than 20 years based in Asia.

Sandy is currently Founder & CEO of Shared Purpose Advisory (SPA). Prior to establishing SPA, Sandy was the Director for Social Innovation for Cisco, a leading global technology company. In this role Sandy led CSR strategy for the Asia Pacific region, designing and implementing innovative programs that helped address the impacts of digital disruption. This included initiatives focused on youth education & employment; gender inclusion & women’s empowerment; fostering entrepreneurship; and adult workforce re-training.

Sandy has been a long-term advocate and champion for gender equality in the workplace, creating and leading gender diverse teams within the corporate sector as well as implementing programs to increase gender diversity in the talent pipeline.

Sandy is passionate about helping the corporate sector evolve CSR efforts towards a corporate shared value approach, and assisting the non-profit sector effectively engage and partner with the private sector.
